National ICT & Cyber Security Rating System (NRS): Operationalizes a national maturity framework across public, private, and NGO sectors over four core pillars (IT & Information Security Governance, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity & Data Protection, and Digital Service & User Maturity) following the Register Assess Improve lifecycle. The NRS shall also include an AI-powered bilingual conversational chatbot to assist organizations, assessors, and authorized users with assessment procedures, evidence submission, control interpretation, gap analysis, remediation guidance, and system navigation.
