Facilitate the PD or DTCA personnel in carrying out any sort of IT Infrastructure (Software) related tasks of the Clearing House of DTCA. Assist the project personnel in technical matters relating to procurement and contract implementation under packages GD-2(e), GD-2(f), S3-CH(b)(c) and S4-CH, within the scope of the approved TAPP. Coordinate with concerned consultants, suppliers, service providers and DTCA personnel to facilitate implementation and integration of the software components and associated IT infrastructure. Assist the PD and project personnel in reviewing software-related technical documents, implementation progress and quality-testing activities, and in identifying issues requiring resolution. Prepare software component-wise progress reports and undertake necessary technical correspondence to facilitate completion of the software components within the project period. Secondary Responsibilities: Carry out any relevant tasks assigned by PD or higher authority. The Consultant will follow the instruction of PD and will not do any other job during the contract without prior permission from PD.
